Judicate Lawyers’ focus on fees is flexibility, client requirements and objectives and clear and simple disclosure. Clients will normally be required to pay any disbursements incurred in their matters irrespective of how our professional fees are negotiated. .
Do you offer Fixed Prices?

Do you use Barristers?
Judicate Lawyers uses barristers as court specialists when this is in your best interests. Often, you will be charged for the cost of both Judicate Lawyers solicitor and the barrister for attending court. Barristers are comfortable attending court uninstructed which means they appear on behalf of Judicate Lawyers so sometimes you do not need to pay both a solicitor and barrister. This will therefore reduce your cost.
Barristers are also specialists in drafting court documents. We will also explain to you the role and likely cost of using any consultants like barristers and obtaining your prior approval.
